Pride Mountain Vineyards hosts today’s vintner’s luncheon. The spectacular property atop Spring Mountain boasts a history of winemaking that spans 150 years, from its founding days as Summit Ranch to its modern cultivation by the Pride family. Restoring the vineyards that rise onto the steep terrain and building a winery nestled into its mountainous surroundings, the family continues late founder Jim Pride’s commitment to quality and, says Robert Parker, “The quality of their achievement is prodigious.”
